Julie Vognarso I can't edit the last post. They said they were...rebacked, I think. Lifson said sometimes SGC likes to take cards down a peg just to bug people. They were originally in PSA hlders (a lot of my cards they sent to PSA, rather than SGC, but--as Greg noticed---they don't usually break a set that way). Originally the Kelly was a 6 (as it is now)
a PSA 6 (as it is now) and the Brouthers was a 6, too-they lowered it a grade (I never thought it should be a 6 to begin with)...
M Macrae says SGC probably thought they were rebacked, because N162s were put together every whichaway, and there're about 100 different ways...
SGC makes some egregious errors, like PSA...you should see a gd-vg 34 Gopudfy Grove they graded a 50--or maybe a 60...
