It was a premium that was inserted and issued by the Philadelphia Record newspaper in 1928. Because of it's large size and being on thin paper stock it doesn't get too much attention because by most people's accounts it isn't a "card", whatever that is . But it is a very neat item and is pretty large, it would look great matted and frammed.
