Mine is about 9 3/4" (first time I've said that) top to bottom and no appearance of trimming... Width had been trimmed on L side, I guess to accomodate a scrapbook to about 7 1/2".

Many of the M101-2's I've seen over time had been trimmed width-wise for scrapbook fitment.
