did you cancel the listings before they closed or did you "sell" the items and then discover the loss and are now seeking to cancel the sale? The former should not be an issue w/r/t feedback because there was no other person involved. If the latter, explain it to your buyer(s) and if they are reasonable people, there should be no issue. Happened to me both as buyer and seller.
