Lot of talk about these offers to end the auction early. I called Richard on the 28th which is when I found the auction, and congratulated him on not ending it early and advised him he was probably in for a shock, and encouraged him not to end it. Had I got to him early, before the other lowball offers, I might have offered $8,000, but I doubt he would have accepted it.
