Seth B.Now that the Goodwin auction closed, can we talk about two prices that seem astronomical. I just started collecting the T209 sets, but I was floored to see the result for this auction:

That's nearly $500 a card!!!! I thought bulk meant discount! Anyone else think this is a bit high? I was hoping maybe somebody might leak a few of these out onto ebay or for sale elsewhere in the next month or so, but that's a high price to let any of those go.
And then the Buchner closed for nearly $500. It was a non-HOF, an alright looking front with some staining and advertised back damage. It's sitting in an SGC 10 holder, so I can't imagine the back looks all that nice.
