Anyone that has been a member of SABR for any amount of time, or even studies baseball stats, knows that raw stats are very good for comparing players across eras. You need to at least adjust them for the league average and preferably make adjustments for park factor too. A league adjusted ERA and H/9 would be much more telling than the numbers you posted.
