I have flipped through it quickly and find it very well put together. It certainly requires additional concentration on my part (I am at work) and will certainly be an invaluable resource.

I will be sending you $24.95 for the e-book (and I would encourage some amount of contribution as well from fellow board members). This price is what I feel I would pay for it at a bookstore if I were to stumble across it. I will be sending that payment to:
