I'm not sure there is any situation that would leave Leon open to a lawsuit. Disputes have to be settled between the parties, not by the moderator. But a list of say half a dozen do's and don'ts when posting on BST would go a long way. If Leon tells someone he is not using professional standards and can no longer post it is not likely to end up in court.
