Default Going Prices on E95 Plank SGC 10 and Matty SGC 30?

I was curious to get the board's opinion on going price for a E95 Plank in SGC 10, or an E95 Matty in an SGC 30. In other words, what is a good "buy" price. I have been offered each for sale and just trying to gauge what I should pay.
