ShannonThats just brutal on PSA part. This card is just too obvious of being trimmed to be missed. Bad day or whatever else excuse anyone wants to bring up, its just unacceptable. I agree mistakes happen in every aspect of life, but this is really funny in my eyes. People pay good money for a service and for 100 million dollar company to make such a bad mistake its brutal. They need better quality control.
