I've seen this card listed a few times. The majority of the e95/e96 blank backs you see are all cut from the notebook or from advertising pieces and are not actually considered a part of the set or "proofs" from the set. These "notebooks" were issued in the 1912-13 range and I believe there is one intact still around. In terms of value, these generally go for around what the card in the actual set would go for...give or take a few dollars depending on the player.
