I mean the 1989 Fleer Billy Ripken was an important card in that it set off a firestorm of the "intentional error cards." That changed the hobby for a couple of years.
It would seem this card has more of an impact on the hobby in general than say the Just So Cy Young. But the Just So Cy Young is one of the most rare cards in existance.
I think you almost need to call the list 10 ten most important vintage cards. That way you can eliminate all of the modern day cards that are important to the hobby but cards most vintage collectors couldn't care less about.
Just a thought.
