Lenon and the Beatles are highly overrated. The only people who care about them are the people who were around when they were popular. Five years ago if you asked someone who is more popular, Britney Spears or the Beatles, Britney Spears would have been the answer.

His music will endure in the exact same way as say the Beach Boys' or Michael Jackson's music will endure. Nothing more, nothing less.

Babe Ruth IS baseball. As long as the game is still being played his name will still be mentioned.
