Andrew is correct that John Lennon was a very difficult person, but imagine how complicated your life would be if you actually were John Lennon. I think being too famous is a burden. George Harrison used to wonder what life would be like not being a Beatle, and admitted he didn't know. That much fame is both a blessing and a curse.
