Dry- That is unusual, normally you see cards bought raw and then slabbed and sold, not vice-versa. I don't see the problem here, though, because the guy might think the grading company undergraded the card and it is nicer than the grade. Just goes to prove the old adage mentioned here so often, "buy the card not the holder."
