30 of the 200 cards share the same photo and number, although a few of those have different team or position changes so that you can distinguish.
There are a little more than a dozen cards that appear in only m101-5 or m101-4, most notably Jim Thorpe (m101-5) and Ty Cobb (m101-4).
There are some cards that carry the back advertisement of only m101-5 or m101-4. Examples would include but are not limited to Holmes to Homes (m101-5), TSN and Herpolsheimer (m101-4).
As you noted, the main distinction is found in the numbering. However, there are more than 20 cards that have differences in team, spelling, position or photo from one set to the other.
