Default PSA slab problem

I had a slab problem like Bruce's on a T206. I was able to tap it down. It did not cause any damage, but I obviously wanted to get it out of that holder. I brought it to the National with a scan like Bruce's and PSA apologized and had it reholdered in about 3 minutes.
