...mistakes happen..everybody is human..grading is subjective..you gotta break a few eggs to make an omlette...blah,blah,bah..
edited to add: Among other damages my cards have recieved at the PSA funhouse..Yes, I have had this same thing happen too...of course the ruined card was just sent back slabbed as a psa 8 with no note..after getting a brief run-around i was reimbursed for the card value.
