Jeff LichtmanBut Paul-you're missing Peter's point: if the seller "knew" that the card was trimmed, unless you could prove that he witnessed the trim job or did it himself, he'd be covered by the fact that the PSA "expert" determined the card untrimmed. So, even if the seller thought that the top border was short and a bit too sharp, if a third party, objective professional grading company graded that card as untrimmed, it would be, for all intents and purposes, untrimmed and any other opinion would be just speculation.
