T206CollectorWell, I have 8 cards of the E95 set, including Plank (which, given the pose, sometimes I pretend is a T206 that I'll never own), but I'm not sure I have the same fire for Caramel cards from the same era. I'm sure I'll always be interested in upgrading the T206 set -- I have quite a lot of filler, to go along with quite a lot of quality stuff. I'd love to average VG across the whole set, but I only average that over the best 41% of the set, so I have some work there to do. Maybe save up for the Magie.
One of the best features of collecting T206 over recent years has been selling back lesser condition doubles in lots to keep costs lower. Branching out into new areas of collecting will be all cost, no mitigation, for awhile. But we'll see. I believe that you do not search for what to collect, rather what to collect finds you.
