Mort Cooper IS a tough autograph as he died young in 1958. I have only ever owned a few in almost 20 years of autograph collecting. Without knowing what it is on I would estimate the following values.

"cut" $50-$75
"GPC" $100
Photo $150-$200+ (depending on the image size etc)
Single Signed Ball about $800-$1500 (depending on condition and ball)
