My dad was at a dinner in Taiwan. As the guest of honor he was given the eyeballs of what they eating (Think it was a large fish). Someone next to him whispered that he was allowed to give the eyeballs away. The Taiwanese thought this American such a gracious guest of honor, as he gave the delicacy to a pair of kids at the table.
