Ken Williams is a solid choice but the only thing (probably) holding him back was the fact that he only had 4 seasons with 500+ AB. Kind of like Riggs Stephenson except Riggs only had 3 x 500+ AB seasons (along with another at 495 AB). I'm sure that there are probably a few others like this (O'Doul comes to mind).
