Joe- That's an interesting point as it doesn't have the look of a strip card; it actually appeared to be a little more substantial than that but not having seen it in person, it's tough to tell the quality of the paper stock. It may have been cut from something other than a sheet of strip cards. The only way to know for sure is to find out where it came from, something that may not be possible.
