Agree 100% with Dan. GAI has been very consistent lately although they are just as tough on caramels as SGC generally. PSA seems to be upgrading a lot of their formerly graded cards on resubmission. maybe it is just the submitters but I have seen a lot of PSA cards purchased, cracked out, resubmitted, and coming back with higher grades.
