Don--Are you saying that these valuation figures are for a card with no scarcity premium and one with an "average" photo? If this is your base valuation level that you would adjust off for a specific card then I can understand what you are saying. However, it would be a foolish person who would assign a particular value to all cards of a certain PSA grade.
