J Levine...to keeping a good reputation is to not spend more than you can afford. I am pretty sure Ryan did not hold a gun to your head when he told you to keep the cards and pay him when you can. You could have always said no. Your attorney will tell you the same and if you do manage to bring it to court the judge will laugh you out of the courtroom. It drives me up the wall when people complain about their reputation on the board when they have put themselves in this position.
