I know it takes up to 2-3 weeks for a response. My recommendation is to try Jeff, his brother, again and state that this is somewhat of an emergency and the authorities might be your next stop, but you don't want to have to do that. Let him know that you just want to be treated fairly, give him a week or so, then let us know. This is just a suggestion but is what I would probably do....good luck and keep us informed....
