There was advertising on the back of the box that said "wheaties" right below the card that was to be cut out. Many people also cut this out with the card, which is why you find some like that today. That advertizing however was not intended to be part of the card itself. Therefore this piece is not missing the "ad" at bottom.

BUT...this card is missing a small amount of the frame all the way around the card, so it will not measure correctly if a company ever decided to grade these cards.
