identify7I agree that the 19th century documentation can use improvement, but for me, before I move on Id like to summarize what I already have; or don't have.
Specifically, between vcbc, beckett vintage, lipsett's old judge updates, old cardboard, sabr and other contributors to our body of knowledge, this information is so poorly assembled that it is almost lost to us. I would like to generate a table of contents (actually, I prefer someone else to do it - but if supported, I will) which will define what exists and where it exists.
So, if you seek supplemental information on a set, the table of contents will define the publication and article available.
