Glen, I don't expect to be here for the 2009 book, but you've got a good idea. I don't recall your monetary-theme suggestion from back in 2004, but if you did advance such an idea, I'll trust your memory and send you a 2006 or 2007 book. Daniel, I think your idea might be too esoteric for the retail book buyer as it does not allow for the use of recognizable names.

We might consider banned players if anybody really big takes a fall for the steroids.
