Bill Phillips of the 1890 Pittsburgh Pirates was the only pitcher before Park to give up 2 grand slams in 1 inning.

I don't know who the batters were on his. Phillips apparently had some really bad games - in 1901 he gave up 19 runs and 22 hits in one game against the Phillies.
