Dear Josh -
I cannot comment on your post as i don't know much about it, just what Ted told me. As for a new update, we have finally gotten through on the phone with at least one person at eBay!!! Also, I know that a gentleman by the name of Anson is also trying to help on this. I just spoke with Ted on the phone and he asked that i mention we hope you continue your efforts Anson as we will need all the help we can get!
