Let us know when everything is confirmed, especially an agreement with a charitable entity, such as Red Cross. That is all I am waiting for before shipping stuff out. If I can't deduct the cards as a charitable gift, I would give the equivalent in cash to Red Cross instead. Ted has emailed me that this agreement will be done and donators will get a letter from Red Cross, but I want to be 100% sure. The fear is being left holding a letter from a non-charitable entity that would not hold up in an audit. I hope that makes sense.
