Keith's story is bad enough, and while I often send cards out before payment to people I know, I just won't do it for someone I don't know, despite his pie-in-the-sky promises. That was a mistake. But Keith's dilemma pales in comparison to what Ryan just posted. That is a big time loss. What are the details behind it?
