leonI did the same thing about 10 minutes ago with my newest acquisition. I turned it to the light to see the uneven, beautiful gloss....then I ever so gently rubbed my finger on a small portion of it, then I smelled of it.....guess it's time to be entombed 
....just kidding...I do think they look better in SGC or GAI holders though...and they are definitely more protected that way.....but still, it's really nice to be able to fondle something other than plastic. (no snide comments...though it's tempting)....regards
