GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...another one... it's no wonder why 90% of my auctions are restricted to US only. We openend up for international shipping on our lighters b/c they have a great deal of popularity globaly...this is the second one that a guy is complaining about the shipping AFTER HE WON THE ITEM.... part of the problem with people on eBay is that they don't READ! The other problem is everyone thinks it's a negotiation....it isn't...here's the item, here's the price...pay it or don't bid! Even if you go out of your way to include all the information you can!
