Though I am not sure, my guess is that it is not the same. Drum which contained T206s was a part of the American Tobacco Co. along with all the other T206 manufacturers. The Drum you see in 7/11 today is a spin-off from the Dutch tobacco company which made Drum rolling tobacco. It was only available as an import in the US until a few years ago. When all the American Tobacco companies started getting sued, Drum stopped selling in the US, even as an import. The current "Drum" is an American fake of the Dutch brand. Regardless of all this, being that it is a Dutch brand, I doubt it is the same Drum that was part of the American Tobacco Co. during T206 production years.
