Default When is a card's condition too low?

There's nothing wrong with a filler card. It's a personal choice. If you can live with it then that's great. The Radbourn mentioned is very condition challenged (trimmed, light image, etc). But, if want a card of the pitcher with the most wins in a season and you don't want to spend a grand on it then this could be a low cost alternative. It's still a card, kind of.....
