Jim NovotnyI go as often as I can with my family. In particular, I love to watch my 9 year old son's reaction to the game. His enthusiasm in the sport is what got me back into collecting cards and in turn led me to collecting vintage cards. Watching a game through his eyes is refreshing. He doesnt understand the salaries or other business aspects of the game, so to him it still is an amazing sport. Living near the Oakland A's who still have affordable tickets and some access to players is also a big plus. We have been to spring training, to the A's fanfest to met some players, and to as many games as possible during the season. However with this said, I doubt we would attend many games if we lived in a high price market and always had to pay $30 for nosebleed seats. $2 seats with $1 hot dogs is a pretty good deal!
