T206Collector....in dribs and drabs. I just went to the East Coast National and met with a gentleman from SGC. I brought the T206's that I have not had graded by SGC yet. The SGC rep went through my collection with me and let me know which ones he thought would grade a 3 or higher -- about 60 or so cards. Any cards that do not grade a 3 (or a 2 in case of Southern Leaguers/HOFers), they will refund a little over half the grading price. So, it wasn't too bad.
If you have a bulk submission of T206 cards, you should call ahead to SGC and ask whether you can do something similar. It will save a lot of money and disappointment.
I like the look of the cards in SGC holders very much. I like the SGC set registry. I think they're the most consistent grader of T206 cards in the market. And if I ever upgrade a double, then the cards sell for a lot more in the holder. That $15 T206 common in VG condition, slabbed for $8 will normally sell for at least $30. It's not a huge profit one card at a time, but it adds up.
