Okay, I just looked in The Standard Catalog and apparently he is on the 1940 Hughes Frozen Confections Sacramento Solons set. He does not appear in any of the Signal Gasoline, Remar Bread or Smith's Oakland Oaks sets. He also is not in any of the Sunbeam bread Sacramento Solons sets or the 1937-38 Zeenuts.
