The reason the m116s are cheaper is because they are easier to find in nicer condition due to how they were packaged.

These were order away cards for collectors rather than cards like t206 that were packaged with a product.

I'm not saying it's an easy set to complete. I'm saying it's easier to find the cards in nicer condition which brings the price down for collectors.
