Josh K.and how would you be able to tell? it looks exactly as it did b/f I soaked it. Plus, they have graded several other cards that I soaked in the same fashion.
my understanding is that they wont grade it if its been chemically altered - such as to whiten the card, but soaking in water has never been a problem as far as I know - I also doubt it would it be detectable.
