Mike P.My memory is horrible but I believe one of the guys I was corresponding with when I proposed my excel checklist thing was named Keith (I could be totally wrong but for some reason that name sticks in my head). Whoever it was, he always seemed to answer all my emails in a fairly timely manner, within 2-3 days of sending.
