I wondered the exact same thing. What's wrong with it? The top corners appear to be razor sharp. The grade does seem a bit generous since the bottom corners appear to exhibit a little rounding and it looks a bit narrow and maybe even a little short. But then again it is a scan on ebay and without closer examination (in person) one would have to give the benefit of the doubt that this card is in NM/MT condition!!!
