Perhaps you'll like this inscribed photo of Percy in his Canadian Olympics uniform ("to the gang") Percy lived for the most part of his life in a house two blocks from where we now live (near City Hall). The honouring plaque is of course placed one block from where it should be. There is a bio of Percy that (I believe) Bill McNulty wrote and is available at the BC Sports HOF (or was last time I was there)

As for the rain, well, global warming is making it sunnier here . Still beats Saskatoon in January, or at any other time of the year, which is where I'm from.
