Clean Sweep auctioned off an uncut sheet from the late 1950s which has the Williams on it. Also has several cards from early in the 1947-66 series. I won it at auction and eagerly await its arrival. Here is a scan:



As you can see, the Salutations Williams is 3rd from the right in the top row. Right next to him is Colavito in a Detroit cap. Colavito was traded to Detroit for Harvey Kueen during the offseason after the 1959 season, which pegs the sheet as issued no earlier than late 1959. This of course proves that ESCO issued the Salutations Williams into 1960. At least.
