It is assumed that Maharg changed his name from Graham when he was a scab player during the the 1912 Detroit Tigers strike. Asinof in his book "Eight Men Out" makes the connection. While this may be true that he changed his name I think there is too much evidence that Peaches Graham and Maharg are seperate persons.
